Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and stored on secured infrastructure. Sensitive credit-application fields, including Social Security numbers, are protected at rest.

Access control

Credit applications are access-controlled. Only the applicant and authorized dealership finance personnel (administrators) can view or manage a submitted application. Other site users cannot access your application.

No SSN by email or text

Social Security numbers are never sent through email or text message. They are stored only within the secured application record.

Retention

Application data is retained only as long as needed to process financing and meet legal and lender record-keeping requirements.

Incident response

If a security incident is suspected, affected users and the appropriate authorities are notified in accordance with applicable law.
