How to request deletion

Contact Carter by phone at (314) 696-9691 or email at bbgcarter126@gmail.com. Include your name and the phone number or email used on your submission so we can locate your records.

What we delete

We will delete contact details, credit applications, trade-in submissions, and vehicle requests you submitted through this site, to the extent permitted by law.

Exceptions

Certain records may be retained where required by law, lender policy, or an active finance agreement, or where needed to defend against legal claims.

Timeframe

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been removed or an explanation if any portion must be retained.
